Terms and Contidions

• These terms and conditions of entry, including information on how to participate and prize details, apply to the promotion. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms.
• Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 16 years and over. Participants aged under 18 must seek permission from a parent or guardian prior to entry. Employees and immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
• If you are completing this survey for another individual, you agree that you have sought and received their permission, and that they agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Only one completed survey per person is permitted. Duplicate entries (from the same email) will be removed prior to the prize draw.
• Entry to the promotion is free. To enter the promotion you must complete the survey and press the submit button on the final page.
• Prize draws will take place at Exhibitions & Trade Fairs, 68 -72 Lilyfield Road, Rozelle NSW 2038. Winners will be notified by the email the survey was sent to or by telephone. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
• The promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the promoter shall not be liable for any loss and/or personal injury suffered by or to the winner and/or his/her friend(s) that occurs as a result of the winner’s consumption of the prize.
• The promoter holds entrant’s personal data with the strictest confidence. Personal data will not be distributed to any third party without prior permission.
